Since joining Educogym, the change in my weight and shape has been quite dramatic. Like many other people, I had been going to a 'regular' gym for several years, with no obvious effects. Having been recommended to Educogym I was somewhat sceptical that the results would be any different. After 2 months, a weight loss of nearly 20lbs, and a reduction in my waist from a 36" to a 32" trouser size, I am a real convert to this system. The combination of personally-supervised training routines and individually-tailored nutritional programs is a real winner, and the trainers actually make it FUN to go there! At 55 years of age, I would never have imagined that I would be able to achieve the same weight and shape I was in over 30 years ago!
