Dave is an Executive Fitness Instructor who specializes in assisting people to make rapid and long-lasting change on a Physical, Emotional, Professional and Spiritual level. He is also a qualified Yoga teacher, Body Sculpting Instructor and Clinical Nutritionist.
Founding partner of the Effortless Living Institute of San Diego,California and consultant to Lifeworks International, Dave is a Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a leading resource for individuals and organizations that want to accelerate their progress and produce breakthrough results.
He is also an Executive Mind Trainer to Network Marketing Companies, Financial traders and Entrepreneurs. He has just Co-Authored a book, 'Wake Up – On An Enlightened Path’ with Dr Wayne Dyer and Dr Deepak Chopra.

Tamar Groeneveld is an Executive Fitness Instructor and has been helping people onto the next level of life for many years now. Apart from being an expert in her field as an Educogym Manager, Tamar is also a qualified EFT Practitioner and is an engaging and dynamic speaker whose presence captivates diverse audiences worldwide leaving them at once motivated and inspired to produce results.
Having left home at 16, because she felt so strongly she needed to find out the secrets to life, Tamar has been on many an adventure. She got her Business degree in London, she stayed in the Findhorn commune in Scotland, worked in publishing in California, modelled in Canada, studied with a mystic in Greece and worked in the world of Gem stone investment in Amsterdam.
Tamar runs her own company, "Lifeworks" and has inspired countless numbers of people to take their lives onto higher levels of achievement.
