Weight training and educo-gym
Using weight training to gain muscle is equated to intensity, speed and muscle fibre recruitment. In a 20 minute workout at a normal gym, 10 are lost moving from station to station (Zickerman 2004, p16 ).In addition this greatly reduces muscle fibre recruitment.
